A pre-license course only teaches you how to pass the Real Estate Exam. Old Fences Training instructs salespeople on how to make a living, important dialog, marketing, advertising, prospecting and much more. This course is taught ½ a day per week for six months so the salesperson can still work during training.

We are the only company in West Virginia that has their own Egg Solutions virtual tour lens and software. Most companies have to hire someone to do a virtual tour at a cost of $125.00 and more. We do not charge our agents or customers for this service.
